Owner Chuck purchased this Old Town property in July 2003. With the help of his partner Dan, they have lovingly restored and remodeled each room of the house - one room at a time. Starting with the smallest bathroom and ending with the landscaping of the yard, many hours and weekends were spent creating a warm and beautiful house - full of color and style. From light fixtures and paint to tons of gravel, the house has been transformed into a comfortable and quiet retreat steps away from Albuquerque's Old Town District.

When not spending time remodeling, both Chuck and Dan have regular jobs and enjoy time with their family and friends. In addition, they love to travel and bring new ideas home for the remodeling. Recent adventures have included London, Puerto Vallarta and San Francisco. With the completion of the New York Flat restoration, they are sure to find other new and exciting adventures and projects to spend their time on.
