Reservations can be made year round to stay at the New York Avenue property. Special discounted rates are available based on extended stays.
Standard Rate: $135 / night (3 night Minimum)
Weekly Rate: $750
Weekly Rate of $1275 will apply during the high seasons of Albuquerque's Balloon Fiesta, Santa Fe Indian Market (August), and Christmas Holiday week.
Monthly Rate: $2800
A Cleaning Fee of $85 will apply to all rental contracts.

In order to complete the reservation process, a signed contract is required in addition to a $200 security deposit which is refundable after your stay barring any damage to the property.
